Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy • Please provide at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 35% of the scheduled service. • No-shows/late cancellation (less than 2 hrs before appointment) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Tardy Policy • If you are 5 or more minutes late, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. • If you are 10 or more minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee may apply. • Regardless of how late you may be, please ensure to communicate that with me so I can make the proper accommodations. Reschedule Policy • You're allowed up to 2 reschedules, a non refundable deposit will be required to secure your 3rd rescheduled appointment time. • The deposit will go towards your service total. • If you are a no show/late cancellation to any rescheduled appointment you will be subject to a fee, and a non refundable deposit will be required for your new appointment time.
